So, I'm a hick - I am an All-American, redneck, beer-loving Hick-a-billy.
And here is my proof - This coming weekend I am going 4-wheeling over at Little Sahara during Rattlesnake Roundup Week and I am looking forward to it with excitement.
And yes, I will be wearing a helmet while out hoping and sliding around the dunes.
I may have sand in places that should never see sand but I will be smiling while trying to wash it out.

Are there still dunes where you can do this sort of thing? I remember blasting thru the dunes in Northern Indiana before they all got protected from loonies like me. Or rather, from my older brother since I wasn't old enough to drive yet. And yes - we were in a customized old jeep because 4-wheelers had not yet been invented.
Lol Kim and Swami - just call me Taya (gag) and yes there are still places like this. 1500 acres of sand dunes where you can play all day, and in Oklahoma no less.
